clicking noise front front/top of engine

Hi all I have developed a clicking noise from the engine. Sounds like its coming from the top and front of car when bonnet is shut. It seem to go away for about 20 secs then starts again.
car seems to run fine and acceleration is ok.
can figure out what this is ?
B class 2019 model 33000 on clock.

No idea about your car but my W213 has a clicking noise and I solved it… it was a metal strut brace clicking… I tightened up the bolt and it cured it. Different car I know but thought I’d mention on the off chance
