climate control lcd problem

The lcd display for the climate control system keeps fading, if i push it inwards around its perimiter bezel in it iluminates properly again, seems to be a some poor contacts i suspect, does any one know how to fix this? can the display be pulled out to fix the contacts? or does any one know someone who can fix this.

The climate box can be withdrwn with the 2 radio keys, the fault should be just poor connectiond on the ribbon cable

where do i get the radio keys from, I assume these fit into the small slots
