clk 200k manifold

hi all. I have a2000 x reg clk and can feel aleak along the join of my manifold, can this be welded or soldered and would this cause my yellow engine light to come on? possible emissions fault . agap of about 3 inches can be felt blowing on my hand. thanks .

it would certainly put on the ecu light, un metered air getting in, would think a new one needed, wouldnt want a repaired one!!!

I've been told the Kompressor engines are quite prone to cracked manifolds. I've already had to replace one on my 230K CLK

They can be welded, but might have to be removed first, they are prone to blowing along the seems, ive seen quite a few.

Take it to a exhaust place and let them have a look and advise you.
