Clk 230 Electrical "gremlin".

While out in the car today experienced a failure of many electrical functions [wipers, indicators, windows, seats etc.] the car continued to drive ok so I decided to head for home!
After 10 minutes or so all returned to normal!
Any ideas gents?

Just a quick post the car was in on thursday for an A service, probably nothing to do with the fault, but thought it better to mention it.
