clk 320 audio system which make is it????

hi guys, im just curious if anyone knows what make my stereo system is as it sounds quite good, its a 2001 clk 320 avangante the head unit says mercedes benz audio 10 and has a cd changer in the boot, someone said it could be bose or harmon kardon like i say im just curious as it does sound good, many thanks in advance..spencer
