CLK 320 Convertible roof not working at all.

Hello,
I have a 2001 CLK 320 convertible and the soft-top does not work at all. Does anyone have the circuit diagram for this or can point me in the right direction as to where to start. I have heard that the main relay is on the left side of the boot and this can often be a problem.
Any suggestions as to where to start would be gratefully received.

Could be many things, some an easy fix so without being insulting …
is the load cover closed, have the windows been reset ??

What symptoms, if any, are you getting, flashing roof switch..

Have you checked the basics like the fuse for the top? Could be a simple fix. Did it work previously?

Load cover closed (and operating the microswitch (listen and you'll hear it click), fuse, relay, pump.

Does it say anything on the display on dash when you try to operate?
Check fuse.
Check hydraulic fluid level in the pump.
