Ok i have a clk 320, year 2000, and i have huge fogginf problem on the front window and back window and the door windows, to the point where i cant see the road, now the foggin up occurs inside the car, so i can wipe it off, and the heater gets it off in a mtter of seconds but i have to put it on full power, and it happens alot. I cant keep the heater on the whole itme because its loud and REALLY hot. Please help! is this a malfunction in this model?

Don't think so.
Fogging is caused by 2 things - Moisture and muck. The muck is easy, if the windows are not clean, they will fog. - true for any car.
Secondly, where is the moisture coming from ? Either its the air, or there is something damp in the car - check the seats, carpets, boot etc for signs of leaks.
Finally, is the aircon switched on? Without it, you don't have a dehumidifier.

There has been some talk about the pollen filter. It's worth checking too as it will restrict the airflow to the ventilation system and make things worse.

Agree! Had a similar problem a few weeks back. On advice from members here I cleaned the windows, cleaned & THEN LATER REPLACED THE POLLEN FILTER.(sorry, caps lock) and the road ahead is now clear. :D

fogging

Hi

As other post's there must be water some where AC system is possible but it is very common for water to collect in the heater box (blocked drain) and then fall into the passenger foot well

aircon - Air Conditioning.
The pollen filter on mine is above the passenger footwell, remove the under dash panel, look underneath at the back, you will see the bottom of the fan assembly, slide the 2 white clips back and pull the filter down.
I imagine the CLK won't be much different. Its a 5 min job so you could just get the garage to do it.
