CLK 430 Large Display

Hello, I currently have a 1999 CLK 430, Is it possible to change to large display in the centre of the dash to show MPH?
If so, how?

Hello and welcome,, you may get someone with STAR equipment to do this, but it may not be possible as rules state that KMH must be displayed at the same time as MPH
