CLK Cabriolet leak W208

Nearside REAR passenger compartment floor soaking! Boot and front passenger area seem dry. No obvious roof leak.Any thoughts gratefully received.

Hello and welcome to the forum,,there are no faults listed for this, could it be that the air intake in the heater box has blocked drains ( common fault) and the water is running back, and this would be on the passenger side.

Is the rear seal OK, but then the water would have to run under the rear seat.

Maybe someone else can tell you more

Front drain cleared and, so far, no more water in cabin. It seems that the water tracks from a channel under the front passenger seat to the rear explaining why the front passenger footwell is dry but the rear wet even though source of ingress is at the front.
