clk convertible rear window goes too high???

Hi all,

i have a 2001 clk convertible and my rear drivers side electric window goes up too high??? its kinda like it should have a stopper to stop it at the correct hight but it keeps going??

can anyone help?

hi all,

this is so easy to fix...... its a small bracket with a plastic edge that wears away, a new one cost £6 from the dealer and its all good

It's easy if you have the correct information I guess :???:

Any more info on the bracket.. part number maybe?

ther is a stop for the passenger side, but not drivers side, all you can do is to remove the rear inner panel to see whats wrong.

If you are going to do it your self I can send details

the part is the same on both sides (i had both trims off to check) i will get you the part no when i get home mate

the part no is A2086730312 (Stop Angle) and was £4.99 including Tax
