Hi all
Wonder if anyone can help with this. Some weeks ago the orange engine warning light came on in my year 2000 CLK 230 komp. I took it to an independent and they diagnosed the Lambda sensor. This they changed and the light went out. About 1000 miles on and the light came back on. They've had the car for about 4 days and say they cannot find whats causing the problem this time and are about to give up, (I presume it's not the Lambda this time). The only thing they can tell me is that emission are way up, running rich I imagine, they also say the cat is OK at the moment but will get knackered if I run the car as it is. This guy who has the garage has all the diagnostics gear as far as I know. If you guys don't have any ideas, looks like it's the merc main dealer.
Cheers
