clk instrument cluster removal

hi

i am fitting my replacement clk speedo tomorrow (will let you know if and what works) does anyone know how i take the cluster out???
i cant see any screws etc??

How old is the clk? They are basically the same as the W203.

Had my cluster removed recently, entailed grasping (you have to force the fingertips between the cowl and cluster lens) the front cowl trim (the bit thar sits between the dash top and the "lens" of the cluster) and pulling down and away from the front of the cluster, its just clipped in place. This reveales the cluster as held in place with 4 screws (could have been bolts)

If there are two small (circa 8mm) slots on either side of the cluster, then you need the correct pulling hooks to get it out.
