CLK roof

Hi, new member, so please excuse if already discussed.
I have just bought a 2005 320 CLK. the car has a light grey soft top.

What would you guys recommend to clean it, the local valeter has recommended Autoglym, but I have heard some horror stories about it damaging the clearcoet if it gets on the paintwork.

Any suggestions/recommendations most welcome.

The Mercedes roof pack is very good at £25 and enough for to cleans and re proofing,,it is safe and got my 129 hood like new

Yes, using the Autogym product you have to be very careful to mask/cover all the paintwork as it does mark the finish.
