Hello everyone, I couldn't find anyone asking about this specific extra question, so thought I'd just throw it in here and hope some sees...

I need to disconnect these connectors under the seat and am a bit confused, I am told they should just pull apart - from the front of the seat, looking at them from the footwell (without having to lift or unbolt the seat) but there doesn't seem to be a lever (I imagined it would be like disconnecting a phone from the jack or similar) on the connections, or any other way to unlock them.

Do I just just yank harder (I have been concerned about damaging them) or am I doing something wrong?

NB: I am fitting the seat mat emulator to get rid of the SRS light (I have had it diagnosed and the mat is defective, so it is my only option)
