Can someone clear up other than the ntg2 is there any other double din sat nav unit available for facelift clk's?

I know the dynavin dvn_mcb is close but not quite rifht, have they made any other model yet?

Any options at all for satnav, bluetooth etc headunit?

Ive answered this in your other thread. Basically you wont get the quality from any of those Dynavin or similar units that you would get with Alpine or Kenwood. There is a lot of discussion on Dynavin particularly so do a search and have a read.

If you want all singing and dancing Navigation, bluetooth, ipod, DVD, DAB then go for the Alpine INE925R its a really good unit.
