Hey

I need to remove the glovebox in my 2003 CLK. I have removed the 3 screws which are located at the top of the inside of the compartment and I have also removed the 2 screws which are located at the bottom (underside) of the compartment but I could not remove the glovebox. Are there some more screws or clips that I have missed? I also have a 6 disc CD changer in the glovebox with the CD storage next to it. Are there extra screws hidden behind them? If so how do I remove the CD changer and CD storage parts?

I would be greatful if somebody could help me with this.

Cheers!

The Cd changer should simply unclip to come out. Ditto the Cd storage.

I havn't taken one (a glove box) out of a w209 myself yet but I have done a W203 glove box. I wont do it again as it involves removing the whole side of the centre console. It was a nasty nasty job. The W209 will be very similar.
