Can you post a pic of the radio/navigation system you have. What is the year of the car. Any info in the manual ?

Might be too old for Bluetooth built in, it might require a cradle in the armrest

The cradles just plug in. Post a pic of whatever you have in your central armrest

Mercedes do a Bluetooth adapter that slots onto the armrest UHI connector . You can also buy a Viseoo MB4 on eBay that does the same thing .

And to manage your expectations, if as I had on my CLK, you need one of those, whilst they are great for phone calls, you cannot stream music via them.
If you have an AUX in socket in the glovebox, that can solve that problem.

Or, you can just buy an aftermarket head unit (though fitting by a pro is recommended to retain steering wheel controls etc)
You'd get Apple car play and Android auto options then aswell......

That shiny shiny thing is a cover over the cradle socket. You’ll need a Bluetooth cradle as per @Wighty above to plug into it for your phone to work. It won’t stream music though

On the Viseoo MB4 which I have , there is on old iPod (I know , I know) connected by cable to the Viseoo this allows music to be played via an FM channel on the cars radio.
