CLK280 Multiple Issues

Hi guys, I have a number of issues with my 'new to me' 2006 CLK280 and I'm wondering if there is a link between any of them, rather than them all being separate issues.

Here is the list.....

Heated seats don't work - button lights illuminate but no heat
Rear screen heater doesn't work - button light illuminates but no function
Windscreen washers don't work - wipers work well, and there is plenty or washer fluid
Air conditioning doesn't work - kicks out warm air. Tried the RECIRC/FRONT SCREEN test and result is FRONT SCREEN button stays illuminated and hot air keeps blowing
Headrest dashboard button doesn't do anything - not actually sure what it's supposed to do though lol

Also, not an electrical issue but is there anywhere we can get a replacement silver gear stick surround plate? (does that make sense?)
Mine has the usual defects and I'd like to 'pretty it up'

See in car leaflet or hand book. See if any fuse is common to most of ur issues . Go from there

Also, check relays.
