clk350 balancer shaft worries

Hi,
I am new here so forgive my lack of knowledege I am about to purchase a 06 CLK 350 with the engine number 30370607 which i know is right in the danger zone the car looks lovely and has covered 111000 would this issue have come up by now or is it a ticking timne bomb
