CLS 320 CDI Rear brake discs?

I have just purchased a 2009 CLS 320 CDI, could anyone advise me of the thickness of new discs so I can check the wear?

Min thickness should be stamped on the rim of the disc

Its actually in the hub part, by just rubbing some fine sand paper over it it is readable

I complained to the MB main dealer who supplied the car two weeks ago about the wear in the rear discs, they have had the car back to have a look and say they are only three months old?, they look worn to me and is a lip around the outer edge of the disc?
I will have to measure them myself, should they be 22mm thk new?
