HI I am looking to get a CLS 320....

Can someone tell me what it costs to fill a full tank and secondly how economical is the car itself? I know its powerful but realitically how many miles can I get from a full tank?

Well the tank is either 70 or 80 litress so give or take £70-£80 or just under at the moment.

What difference does it make what it costs to fill up?

Bizarre asking how much to fill the tank but as you have an answer to that, I'll answer the second question. Mine has averaged 32mpg over the past 40k miles - complete mixture of roads and journeys.

Perhaps a Yaris would be more up your street if you're worried about how much it costs to fill a tank with petrol. Personally. if you're paying that much for a car, I can't see that it would matter very much.

I agree with Helen, you may be better off with something smaller - costs don't just stop at fuel.

my R320, same lump, 4 wheel drive, just off 3 ton in weight is doing 30mpg with me driving it!!! been told by other owners that there getting mid 40s plus on a run, in the E and CLS, so not bad when you take into account the power that its given out!!!
