Cls 350 issues after remap eml and adblue

Hi all,
Our cls350 had remap software removed and garage installed latest software but next day eml came on and then adblue countdown..diagnostic showed nox 2 with high value so replaced that but faults won't delete.

How can i check we have mercedes latest software on it?

nox sensor needs to taught in with Xentry initially. What does do you have?

Nox 2 changed and it won't reset through star diagnostic.

Do you think we have the correct software on there?

Do you definatley have adblue ? was the remap done while you have had it, adblue delete?

Car was remapped a year ago to increase bhp and all was fine. Recently it started to smoke upon hard acceleration only so decided to go back to orignal software. Once software installed i got eml and adblue countdown issues.

Cars with DPF's don't smoke, unless the dpf has failed

It doesn't smoke anymore after changing software but got adblue countdown and eml. Changed nox 2 but xentry countdown reset nox sensors. I believe i got incorrect software loaded

needs to go on xentry to test that the adblue system is actually functioning, and read actual values of the nox sensor.s

O.k will take it to him agian but I did my mini test and downstream value was alway higher than upstream

Can I check adblue values with launch diagzone software?

They do seem ok, but I cannot be sure its taught in correctly. I do not know with Launch, only have experience with Xentry.

I meant to say both NOx shows operational but engine light and adblue countdown still there.

Am going to see mercedes on Tuesday for recall update and will then see how it goes.
