Hello anyone expert regarding this cgi engine.

I have a big coolant leak coming from the back of the engine and i seem cant to pin point where it is coming from.

The picture below is right under left side oil pan and leak seem to be going up to somewhere.

Any ideas it might be broken pipe to firewall?

Very likely a corroded aluminium coolant pipe tucked away at the back of the engine - member @Conor has the same engine in his car so worth messaging him

Oh that sucks. That means the engine needs to pull out?

Hello there.

To the rear of the engine on the passe ger side of an RHD car there is a coolant connection to go into the heater matrix I imagine. It goes through the bulkhead.

Pics are too large to upload and I'm on mobile now but you should be able to see the connection if you look down.

I'd fill up the coolant and then see if you can find somebody with a pressure tester.
