Cls help. Any advice appreciated

Hi folks, great forum.

I’ve just recently joined as I’ve bought a CLS.

Quick question I hope any 2015+ CLS owners could possibly help me with.
When in the boot I’m able to see a metal cross member with holes on it and also see the foam and metal etc of the underside of the rear parcel shelf. I was wondering if they’re all like this or are there parts of trim missing from mine that should cover this? I’ve looked at lots of pics on the web which have been inconclusive.

I’ve attached a few pics below.

Looks like there is some trim missing - the bit at the back of the boot should be covered. The underside of the rear parcel shelf is normally not covered though

I have checked lots of them 2011-2016 before buying this one, all of them are the same

Thought it was the whole back, just the top edge in your pic looks correct
