I am getting ready to fit a new turbo, swirl flap motor and oil cooler seals shortly. i have everything except the bolts needed.
I have looked at an online epc and got a few of the bolts needed from that, however when i take the inlet manifolds off i also want to replace those bolts.
Not getting much info on the part numbers and quantities.
Can anyone let me know the correct part numbers and bolt quantities for my intake manifolds please?
its an OM 642.920 engine on a 2008 cls 320
My new turbo came with gaskets but no replacement bolts
so far i have these on order
A 0019903107 turbocharger to support pillar 2 needed
N 910143008017 pillar to crankcase 4 needed
A 0009906803 turbo to exhaust manifold 12 ( includes some spares )
I am also replacing the seals on the front egr pipe and throttle flap assembly these seals are on order also

A 6420980180 x 1
A 6420980280 x 1
A 6421410080 x 1 egr pipe gasket
A 6421410180 x 1
A 0139972345 x 1 o ring
Currently have a lot of parts and tools sat in the hallway waiting to be fitted
