Hi I have a 2003 CDI coupe I need help co2 readings are high I changed the inter cooler as it was split I changed intake manifold as mine had been butchered cleaned every tube out as oil every where changed oil been on star Machen no codes it's had injector cleaner and co2 still Hight

What about the Oxygen sensors..?

you could try fitting an oil catch can in line from breather to turbo, not saying it will help, but might.

I cannot find a oxygen sensor it's not under the air cleaner and I cannot find one in the egxorst system

i take it that it will not pass its MOT. you do not say what the mileage is, but suspect it is high.
it does sound like you have excessive blow by, as you say lots of oil in the pipes. it may well be you will not get emissions to required standard.
I think i would be talking to a diesel specialist before spending any more money which you may not recoup.

I80000 kms not miles and yes it won't pas itv which is mot I'm in Spain door plate says .8 and on co test Machen I got 2000 rpm it's .8 as revs increase so do the co2 readings at 4000 revs it's 1.75 that's a fail

I think it mite be suffering from blow back I had a go at it yesterday there is a fear bit of vapour coming out of the beaver pipe and that's after the oil Catch can I fitted

Can you see why not being able to get the co correct the cars not see a bit of salt in its life
