Code for radio-stereo

Hello guys (n gals)
Anybody know how I can get the radio code for my CLK200 coupe? Sold this car second hand - recently water leak, fused blown, electrics dead - now sorted but garage having difficulty locating code to restart my radio.....
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I had cause to disconnect the battery on my car, needing to put the code in i found the one i was given with the car was wrong. It was taken out and sent away where the code was read it turned out the last 3 digits had been written down wrong.
It cost me £15 to get the code read
Check out this web site, read through to the bottom of the page and they can supply you a code from the serial no,s etc of your stereo for free, just e-mail them.
