codes deciphered

Hi all

can any of you clever chaps out there explain some codes to me, I have got them through putting the VIN on my car into the russian website.

Codes are 830A and 858A.

Any ideas

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
830 should be just a country destination and 858 is to do with the CAT so nothing extra or any thing important
