cold start a class

car wont start in the mornings...turns over till battery flattens...when i get another car to jump it ...it still wont start for at least 10 turn overs ...each time i turn it over for about 30..40 secs....once started ok... checked oil water ...all ok except some cream residue at oil breather ....car is 99 140 a class 70,000 miles any input would be greatfully received

Cream residue at oil breather? Have a compression test done

cream residue seems to be condensation...changed oil no water in it...changed coolant ..
