Cold start issues.

Hello i am living in Azerbaijan sorry for my bad english. i own a W210 2.4 V6 (11 year ownership) So i have problem last 2-3 years nobody can fix the car.My problem is cold engine. I just start the car. engine wants die after 5-10 seconds it returns back working fine.I push a gas little bit the engine dies again and i hear a " boom " sound on the engine like " pak pak".So engine tempurature reach to 70-80 car works fine like a zero problem please help me :(
Replaced
2X MAF replaced OEM
Air filter
By the way OBD shows nothing no codes

Here i put a gas little bit, engine is trying to stop and it goes back 1-2 seconds later with " pak-pak " sound and it backfires sometimes

I think you have a problem with the intake air temperature sensor or the coolant sensor. The engine ECU thinks its hot and is not giving any fuel enrichment. You need a mechanic with old DAS/STAR diagnostics to confirm.

there is not much good mechanics. hard to find. it is possible sensors failed but no codes?

Yes, especially if they are reporting temperatures that make sense (EG 50 Deg C intake air temp)

one mechanic said: its EGR because diaphragm fails not show code.its true? how i can basic test my EGR?

i actually dont belive him because when my engine reach 70-80 deg car works perfect

I replaced MAF two times one is used OEM another is new oem it didnt effect :(
