Cold weather flat battery

please advise , car would not start and no lights coming on , interior light very dim, car not used for 7 days and it has been very cold. I have my slall charger on and placed it on conditioning, went out just now and both front indicators flashing quickly, I have a Hornet alarm fitted, never been a problem, someone said pour boiling water on the battery to warm it up?

“Someone” is an idiot then…

I’d be checking the alarm for signs of corrosion on the battery. Charge the battery and disconnect the alarm siren.

Battery voltage should be ~12.4v with engine off
