Comand 2.0 Error Code / Reset

Can anyone help? My Comand 2.0 (fitted in W203) intermittently resets to factory settings. I've opened the diagnostic menu and can sometimes see the following error:

SAE CODE: B1000
Type 0 x 0000
Cnt 001
State A

Any help is appreciated. I've tried resetting the system, but this fault code eventually comes back.

Take it back to your delearship. There's a new version of software out - Version 4 that solves the navigational voice comand issues - ie incorrect instructions at roundabouts. This may solve your problem. However, i did not have the reset issue with version 2.
