Comand 2.0 W220 RETROFIT

Hi all,
Ihave just aquired a comand 2.0 for my audio 10 equiped, W220 S Class
(2001).
I know I should have gone for the 2.5, but i much prefer the look of the 2.0 & with help from you lot, will make it work!!!!::| The unit has the part number 220 827 4142.
Any guidence, as usual is very much appreciated.

Is this mission impossible..........................................................

Nothings impossible Bruce... just depends on

your stamina (oooh missus ) ...

Check out the website: www.mercupgrades.com, read it thoroughly, and any questions, pinout diagrams etc, just ask.

I installed the 2.0 in my ML, and it was a cinch. Got www.mbenznl.com to install the UHI phone, and its a great assett to have.

Sounds like you picked up a really cheap S Class... given all the problems etc you have. Hope it comes right for you and you end up with one cool motor (after an ML of course ).

did you manage to get comand 2 installed and working , as i want to fit comand 2 widescreen cd type in 2001 w220.
