Hi all

I have a cl500 (2003) and appear to be having a problem with parts of the comand console.

The problems are:

1. On start up the comand console no long makes plays a noise.
2. There is no sound when trying to play a cd, and the display just says "loading disk".
3. No noise from the radio either.
4. The speakers are making a constant very faint clicking noise.

The satnav is working fine though.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Cheers

Neil

Hi Neal this would appear to be a fault in the audio section of the Comand

Do you have Bose? Do you get audible instructions whilst navigating?

Doing some reading on this it could be worth asking your dealer to re update it with the update disc

There are faults listed where the sound is a software issue, it cost nothing to try
