Comand online maps update

I have tried to update my navigation, everything was fine for 10 minutes and after that...nothing. My old map disappeared and I found somewhere in a hidden menu one code DTC 9545. What can I do now ? Thank you

No, was on SD bought online from a seller with 100% positive feedback and more than 4k updates sold, all for mercedes...really don’t know what went wrong...If someone can point me in the right direction, please, I’ll really appreciate it. I don’t know any mb specialist around me, apart of mb main dealer (not a good reputation). Thank you

did you try again.... ? on mine its always ejected the disc saying failure you put it back in and it completes... different model with legit or hooky disc always the same on mine. Its a feature of how it does it, others with same model get same behaviour. I just recently came to the conclusion "it might be the way the unit works out how to handle a dual layer map dvd"

I’ve tried many times with SD, USB... same result, same message on the screen, same DTC9545 error code

Yes, he has already sent me another sd + usb, he said it was the first time something like this had happened. I’ve tried few garages today, they haven’t got Star to fix it. If somebody has one, I’m willing to travel , just to fix it. Thank you

Met with Alex tonight - really nice guy.
Unfortunately my Star couldn't connect to his car (requires SD Connect which I don't have) but the MB-II connected and cleared the code. Unfortunately it didn't clear the problem and the update failed again. Suggested @Alfie might be the best person to talk to.

I did find this which suggests a softwAre update may be required.

some command units (eg NTG 2.5) need t latest firmware to install the latest software. Well covered on here

Have you inserted the disk
Is it a genuine disk
Have you the latest firmware already installed
Keep the car running, any low V will stop the install, command needs alot of juice
