Comand online problem

Hi there

I have been having problems with my comand online, it won’t let me access any owners manuals inside the car on the screen, I also can no longer get contacts to load on the phone when connecting my phone, I have a 2017 glc coupe

I can’t help with the Owners Manual but have you just updated your phone software (to iOS 14 for example if Apple) as that can sometimes cause problems until Apple issue a fix. Try de-authorising the phone and starting a new connection again and see if it works then.

I have tried that along with using an older phone which hasn’t been updated yet with no joy, I have recently had the drivers seat taken out be re upholstered and had the car into my local Mercedes for a service, would this cause any of the faults?

recently it has also started flashing up with rear indicator out although it’s working then when I turn the car off over night it clears it’s self again.

really annoying me as this is my 3rd merc but first time with problems

Hmmm... that’s beyond my technical ability, sorry! The rear GLC indicators are LED so I’m not sure what that’s about. Hopefully others may have an idea and @Alfie may see this.

MB may have updated the software, breaking the pairing with your phone.
Have you tried removing the pairing on both the phone and the car, and re-pairing?

Hi there

yes I have tried removing all phones and resetting the comand unit, tried an older phone as well, the phone connects, plays music and the hands free works but all of a sudden the contacts are no longer there, just the mobile numbers
