Comand Rubber-skin replacement?

The rubber 'skin' covering the left and right knobs on my Comand have come off and I need to replace these now....

I have been told the unit needs to be pulled out for these to be replaced

Anyone know of someone who could come and do it?

Not easy as to fit the knobs, the front has to come off the Comand, also I believe the the knobs are part of the controls
