Comand Sat Nav problem

Hi folks, I'n new here so please don't flame me

Ive owned a 55plate W203 Avantgarde C220 for a few years now and have never managed to work out why the sat nav is always late on the instructions when I'm on the roundabout.... this makes for lots of 'turning around again' which is been a pain. Is there a simple solution to rectify this ??
I'm also suffering with windscreen wipers only working when I indicate left now, but after searching this fab site - it appears to be the stalk which needs replacing. has anybody got the part number I need or can direct me where to find this please ?
Any help onthe sat nav would be a blessing and my tyres thank you already

cant help on the sat nav, seems to be the way they are but the part number for the stalk is A2035450310!!

Mine does that - except at the roundabout outside the MB dealers, where it works perfectly!
Which version number DVD have you got?

I did a comand retrofit on my 203 220 with Alfie's help and I seem to remember having to calibrate the unit to an exact location ie a junction. I would think if this was factory fit this has been done but you never know. Worth a try and i believe it is in the instruction book.

When I took delivery of my S203 the Comand was "late" is saying turn left etc. But once I had upgraded to a newer disc, all went well and was 100% spot on.

I would say that nothing is wrong with Comand unit, but get a new disc with all the latest software etc.

What you need is a shroud around the camera, with an air scoop under the car, and the air coming through will be going faster that the turbulence created by the flat rear of the R class.

Just distmantled all of the steering wheel /column etc. The part number I have is A2035450210 ??? Can these be purchased anywhere else beside MB as they want £74 + VAT for the privelege ! He said they have lots in stock so must be a common fault
