Hi & Welcome,

A bit more info on the car would be useful, there are so many possible options we really need to know what you have to give the best advice.

Sorry, its actually a vito sport-x compact, its got the command sat nav/audio system with a mobile cradle mounted on the dash, all factory fitted. Do I have to purchase the phone holder from MB, £200+ and limited phone range/choice

If the cradle is already there then if you have the part number we should be able to let you know what phones it will work with. I have the bluetooth adaptor on my cradle so I can have 4 phones paired to it. I find it works very well and means that my partner doesn't have to have the same phone as me for it to work in the car.

Thanks for the comandonline link, they are pretty close too me, so hopefully will be able to sort any problems if MB cant. Just hope there is a users manual for the system still in the vehicle folder. I expect the dealer will get one if not, they have been pretty good so far.
