Comfort relay

I have a W124 estate, with the extra seats in the back and I know this is meant to be under the back seat, but for the life of me, I can't find it.

If it is anything like the saloon then it is found under the rear seat n/s of car. Just push the tabs in under the bench and pull it out then lift up the insulation material. Black box with at least 3 multi plugs.

Are you sure that you have the comfort pack, what is the problem

Have checked everything else, so thought I'd check the comfort relay, but as you say, maybe my car doesn't have it.

open a window then lock the car & hold the key in the locked position to see if the window will close

Did you lift the carpet as well?
It's a bit of a sod on the estates!

The windows have probably gone out of sync with the control unit (if you have it).

There is a sequence to synchronize them but as I have not had this problem have never needed to understand it.

Do a search for it.
