Hi All

I have a 2016 C class AMG

I am not sure if it is something I have done or an issue with the car but all of a sudden I am no longer able to access my Calls list
So if I try to make a call I tap on call lists &
all I can see is Speed dial preset list

Have you just updated the iPhone software? There was an update this week and Apple do strange things at times.

I phone 11.I have had the car since October & It has been working fine until this week.
Try the most obvious tricks
Turn your phone off and restart
Unpair your phone restart your phone and reconnect to car
Check your settings on your phones Bluetooth is to share contacts (by pressing info on MB Bluetooth)

I had this before and the simplest thing worked which is also the last thing I tried and that was turning phone off and restarting !

as Blobcat said there been an update this week
