Command not loading phone contacts

My command has recently stopped displaying phone contacts - my iPhone is set to sync contacts and nothing has changed in the last few years.
I did have a memory full message some time ago when contacts were loaded..
Have tried removing and adding the phone again but still no joy.
Any ideas?

Just done a reset and still the same..
