Exporting our E320 cdi to portugal and need a certificate of conformity. Can we get this from a dealer in portugal or do we need to get it from a dealer in the uk?

Unfortunate name but I was recommended these guys when thinking of exporting my UK W124 to here. I didn't get further than that as the (Spanish) process (after getting the cert of conformitty) would have cost so much I just sold it and bought locally
