You'll need to be sure that the wheels will fit if the calipers are bigger than the ones coming off.

Those discs look quite worn & scored to me.

You may need new stub axles to fit the calipers to

The discs aren't expensive from MB. approx £65 for the fronts (each)

The pads are though! approx £200 axle set

Front caliper is £600 each.... £375 each for the rears..

Hubs are the same part number but the steering knuckles are different

I meant steering knucles, sorry, I did say to fit the calipers to, it is expensive to change the rear carriers as the drive shafts have to come out

    Thanks for the answers guys.

The caliper/wheel fitment is no problem as my wheels are stock CLS55 AMG.

So basically this set is half price then?

You need to read the later posts. You will need to change some suspension parts to fit the calipers...

I've double checked the part numbers and that's what it comes out at. Seems a massive cost!!

Perhaps there is an "engineering" solution? If the caliper mountings aren't too dissimilar?

I know a chap on the other side mounted big brakes to his 202 and managed to machine up some spacers to fit the calipers. May not be possible but perhaps worth a look?

25 years as a concert sound engineer - but now selling, designing and consulting on commercial sound installations - conference centres, hotels, arenas and stadiums, night clubs - that sort of thing. Just completed the new Audi main showroom in Copenhagen actually.
