Hope a Cosworth owner can spare a few minutes to help me out.Have just got around to replacing a dodgy electrical connector to the air temp. sensor on the air filter. When I aquired the vehicle the wires had been stuck in place on the sensor terminals with araldite!.I have got a new replacement plastic socket, and metal terminals that go into it, from MB.
My problem is that I have 3 wires and 3 possible positions that they go to in the socket.
The 3 wires are....brown,..... brown / red........ bluegreen black.

The terminals on the air temp sensor are numbered 1. 2. 3.

Could someone with a 190 Cosworth please find time to look on their vehicle and please let me know what goes where.I have looked in various DVD and CD manuals and cannot find the relevant information anywhere.

The sensor is the one screwed into the rear, (windscreen side), of the plastic air filter housing and has this plastic connection pushed onto its 3 pins.

Many thanks R.
