hi guys & girls,
need some help, if you can on some wheels im thinking of buying, there off an audi a4 five spokes five stud, the thing is, the stud holes line up, but the spigit ring is smaller on the audi wheels, the wheels are very nice condition and cheep, 100 quid, the car i am trying to put them on is the e280 1993, does anyone know if the spigit ring can be increased by a wheel specialist and how much this may cost, thanks rod

MB wheels are hub centric, that means that they center on the hub and the bolts just hold them on

If you use non hub centric wheels you will never be able to balance them

depends actually if the spigot is removable or not , i know on aftermarket wheels you can replace them but on audi originals it might be machined that way , to resolve this you would need an expert machine shop , which in turn would negate the cheap price of the wheels to rectify.

That was a wheely good decision, and shows that you are well balanced and not liable to throw a wobbly if the do not fit. Its worth a weight to get the right ones
