Hi all
My ML270 cannot stand for longer then 3 days without the battery running down. I then got the battery checked which was fine.
If I drive every day or 2 no problems with staring. I then checked with a amp meter and found that there is a 0.6 amps drawing for first minutes which is normal. Afterwards there is a constant 0.1 amp runnig. The guys at the battery place say that this should be 0.01 amps. I have pulled all fuses and relays from the fuse box in the engine bay as well as all the fuses in the fuse box under the front dash(drivers side-right hand drive). Can anybody tell where to look next.

Help much appreciated
Thanks

Any car should be below 0.05 amp when sleeping.

It takes roughly 25 mins for the car to go to sleep (where fitted)

Chief culprits
Overhead control panel
Seat modules
Comand (dx)
and possibly SAM units

Only by unplugging or removing fuses can these faults be found, a very good test meter is the type that you plug into each fuse holder in turn

They only cost £5
