Customised gear knob

Hey. I’m looking for a crystal gear knob for my c class auto 64 plate. Looked but can’t find any. Anyone know of any where that makes these ? I’ve attached pics of the kind of thing I’m looking for. Thanks in advance.

My gear knob is a different shape to that one tho. I’ve found a generic one on eBay. And from what I’ve seen on YouTube. The top bit just screws on. So I’m hoping this one might fit.
