i've got a vito cdi when i got the van it had a leak from the injectors so i've removed them and replaced the seals and then rebuilt it. On the test drive it wont rev over 3000rpm and then cuts out when driving and i have to remove the key and restart, but somtimes it will rev up but still cuts out when driving.

My initial thots would be towards the fuel supply to the injectors,, change the fuel filter and check the lines for air bubbles .. I take it u have the clear plastic fuel lines? and dont forget to fill up the filter housing with fresh diesel before starting ...

Hi
Put up a picture, a birds eye view of the engine. Also what is the mileage.
