Cylinder head torque

I have got a 190e 1984 2.0 litre and have just had the head over-hauled.

I have also just moved house and for the life of me cannot find my Haynes Manual with all the torque settings.

Please can some help me finish this project. I need the torque setting for all the major engine componants.

head is 70 Nm then 90 degrees then 90 degrees again.

only other ones listed on my autodata are main bearings and big ends and drive plate and wheels (110Nm)
